This is one of the best kept secrets in the local area for an extended stay hotel housing on a dime. Older hotel type rooms rented by the week or month. TIPS: pay ontime in cash, lock up everything, and only keep bare minimals in your room.
This place has really helped my family. Its quit. Rooms are decent. For $200+ week you can't go wrong! I appreciate the new management.
Management Professional and Friendly. Price is very reasonable. Ambience of the Motel is Laid Back and Quiet. Tenants are Friendly and Welcoming. Motel is literally Across from the Historic Downtown Roseville, close to good restaurants , coffee shops and for evenings Bars and Dancing are open. I recommend TOWN HOUSE MOTEL. As a tenant I am Grateful and Honored to have Lived in a rare Vintage Motel.
